Okay, so I’ve been following WWE for a while now, and let me tell you, Liv Morgan’s journey has been one hell of a ride. I remember first seeing her back in the day when she was just starting out. She was the youngest of six, you know, full of energy and just raw talent. I saw her working at Hooters before she got into wrestling. Can you believe it? Some wrestlers used to turn up where she worked, and that’s how she got her foot in the door with WWE.
She kicked off her wrestling career early. I mean, she was just a kid! She used to be a cheerleader, all competitive and stuff. And then, boom, she’s in WWE. I watched her go from “Marley” in NXT to the “watch me” Liv we know now. It’s been wild to see that change. She always had this unique vibe, rocking a snapback, Jordans, and that cheeky smile. You could tell she was going to be something special.
She really hit the big time in 2021. I was watching the Draft, and bam, she got drafted to Raw. Then she was in the Queen’s Crown tournament but lost to Carmella in the first round. Bummer, right? But she didn’t let that stop her. On November 8, she won this crazy 5-way match and got a shot at Becky Lynch’s Raw Women’s Championship. That was a huge moment for her.
- She got drafted to Raw.
- Entered Queen’s Crown tournament.
- Lost to Carmella in the first round.
- Won a 5-way match to earn a shot at the Raw Women’s Championship.
Fast forward to now, and she’s the Women’s World Champion! And get this, she went from being everyone’s favorite good girl to a total baddie. They were dropping hints about this heel turn for weeks, and it finally happened at SummerSlam. She teamed up with “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio, and it was official. I was screaming at the TV, I couldn’t believe it!
The Heel Turn
Liv’s heel turn was a big deal.
- Teased for several weeks.
- Officially turned at SummerSlam.
- Aligned herself with “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio.
This year has been huge for Liv. I mean, she’s become one of the biggest stars in WWE. Everyone’s talking about her. It’s awesome to see her get the recognition she deserves after all these years. She was in The Riott Squad, that three-women team. The Riott Squad had their final match in 2019. But Liv, man, she’s really come into her own as a singles wrestler.
From being a former cheerleader and model to becoming one of the most popular wrestlers in WWE, Liv’s story is incredible. She’s living proof that if you work hard and stay true to yourself, you can achieve anything. And let me tell you, I’ll be watching every step of the way. Go, Liv!
