Okay, so I’ve been seeing these little “zzz” mascots everywhere lately, all promising to bring in the big bucks. I’m a bit of a skeptic, but hey, I’m also open to trying new things, especially if it involves potentially attracting more wealth. So, I decided to dive in and see what all the fuss was about. I mean that’s the spirit, isn’t?

My Zzz Mascot Experiment
First things first, I needed to get a mascot. I didn’t want to just grab any random one, so I did a little digging online. Nothing too crazy, mostly just looking at pictures of animals, and reading other articles. I didn’t spend too much time on this, I just see what felt right.
After browsing, I selected one that I’m very satisfied with, and I chose a little ceramic sleeping dragon. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it had this chill, sleepy vibe that I thought fit the whole “zzz” thing. Plus, dragons are supposed to be lucky, right?
Now, I didn’t really have a plan. There’s not exactly a rulebook for this sort of thing. So, I made some decision:
- Find a Good Spot: I put the dragon on my desk, right next to my computer. Figured that’s where I do most of my work, so it made sense to have it there.
- Daily “Ritual”:Okay, “ritual” sounds a bit dramatic. Basically, every morning, I’d just touch the dragon and sort of… think about my financial goals. Nothing specific, just like, “I want to be successful and make good money.” I’m not even sure if this part matters, but it felt like I was doing something.
- Wait and See: Then comes the waiting game.
Honestly, the first few days, I didn’t notice anything different. My bank account didn’t magically explode with cash. I was starting to think I’d just bought a cute, slightly overpriced paperweight.
But then, something did happen. I got a call about a freelance project I’d applied for ages ago – one I’d completely forgotten about. It wasn’t a huge amount of money, but it was definitely more than I was expecting. Coincidence? Maybe. But it felt… promising.

I kept up my little morning routine with the dragon. A week or two later, I got another unexpected payment. I think it was a refund, not much, but it’s still money I didn’t expect. I was starting to feel like maybe, just maybe, this little dragon was actually doing something.
The Verdict (So Far)
It’s been about a month now, and while I’m not suddenly rolling in dough, I have noticed a slight uptick in unexpected income. Could it be the dragon? Could it be the power of positive thinking? Could it be pure dumb luck? I honestly don’t know.
What I do know is that this whole experiment has been kind of fun. It’s made me a little more mindful of my finances, and it’s given me a cute little desk buddy. So, even if the dragon isn’t a magical money magnet, it hasn’t been a total waste of time.
I’m going to keep it up and see what happens. Maybe I’ll update this in a few months if I win the lottery or something. Until then, I’m just going to keep appreciating my sleepy little dragon and its (possibly) magical money-attracting powers.
