Okay, so the other day, I was trying to catch up on the Olympics. I’m usually on the go, so I figured, “Why not try SiriusXM radio?” I mean, they have, like, a million channels, right? There had to be something for the Olympics.

First, I turned on my car’s SiriusXM radio. I went to the sports category. I started flipping through all the sports channels one by one, ESPN, and so many others, all the way through, super annoying. I checked them all, and nothing was on about the olympics, nothing about the olympics at all!
So, plan B. I pulled out my phone and started searching for a guide,I was thinking “SiriusXM Olympics schedule” or something like that. I was hoping to find a special channel or dedicated coverage. It took me through all of these channels and a bunch of web searching, I found that sirius was not covering it at all!
My Final Attempt
I was so frustrated because I was sure they would be broadcasting, my last ditch effort, I went into the SiriusXM app. I figured maybe there’s a hidden menu or some on-demand content I was missing. I spent a good amount of time, digging through the app, hunting in every section.
- I tapped on “Sports.”
- I browsed through all the “Live Sports” categories.
- I even tried the “Search” function, typing in “Olympics.”
Nothing, zip, nada. I checked and double checked everywhere!
Finally, I gave up. I found the information on the web and confirmed it, SiriusXM just wasn’t covering the Olympics this time around. I ended up setting the broadcast on my phone, and I just had to watch it that way. At least, that’s better than nothing!
