Alright, so I decided to give Wuthering Waves a spin. Heard some folks talking about it, figured I’d see what the fuss was about. Booted it up, ran around for a bit.

Honestly, spent the first hour or so just figuring out the controls, smacking random things I came across. You know how it is with these new games. Felt a bit floaty at first, but I got used to it. The world looks decent enough, lots of open space to run through.
Heading for the Big Lamp
So, while I was just wandering, basically lost, I spotted this huge lighthouse off in the distance. It looked kinda tall, stood out against the sky. Thought to myself, “Okay, might as well head over there. Probably something good at the top.” Seemed like a decent enough goal for the moment.
Getting there wasn’t too bad. Had to do some climbing, jump over a few gaps. Ran into a couple of those annoying little monsters, dealt with them pretty quick. Nothing too crazy. Just a straightforward trek across the fields and rocks.
Made it to the Top
Finally reached the base of the lighthouse. It was bigger up close, obviously. Started the climb up. It was one of those spiral staircase things inside, or maybe I climbed the outside, can’t quite recall exactly. Point is, I went up.
Got to the very top platform. Took a look around. The view was alright. You could see pretty far. Found one of those little echo things, or maybe it was just a supply chest, grabbed whatever was inside. Standard stuff, really.

- Climbed the structure.
- Looked at the surrounding area.
- Picked up some minor loot.
So yeah, that was my trip to the lighthouse in Wuthering Waves. Just another spot on the map I guess. Checked it off the list, moved on to find something else to do. It’s these little exploration bits that keep you going in these open-world things, even if they’re not always super exciting.
