Well, let me tell ya ’bout this Lulu the hollyphant, ya know? Folks say she’s somethin’ special, not just some ordinary critter. She’s like a little elephant, but not the kind you see at the circus, no siree. This one’s got wings and magic and all sorts of fancy stuff.
Now, I ain’t no scholar or nothin’, but I heard tell she comes from another world. Can you believe that? Another world! Makes my head spin just thinkin’ about it. Must be a long ways away, further than the next town over, that’s for sure.

They say she was friends with an angel, a real angel! Imagine that, a little elephant pal-ing around with an angel. Her name was Zariel, and they was thick as thieves, fightin’ side by side and all that. Lulu was her war mount, you know, like a horse but way fancier. She served for centuries, that’s what I heard. Centuries! That’s a whole lotta years, more than I can count on my fingers and toes.
This Lulu, she’s got some special powers too. They say she can raise the dead. Yep, you heard that right, bring folks back from the grave. Sounds spooky, don’t it? But I guess it comes in handy sometimes. And she can see things, know things afore they happen. Kinda like a fortune teller, but real. She’d make a darn good detective, figuring out who done it and all that.
Some folks call her a mild-mannered mastodon. Now, I don’t know what a mastodon is exactly, but it sounds big and important. And mild-mannered, well, that means she ain’t gonna go around causin’ trouble, unless she has to, I reckon. She’s rare, they say, not many like her around. That’s what makes her special, I guess.
I heard some folks don’t like her, these holyphants. Can’t understand why, seems like a nice enough critter to me. But everyone’s got their own opinions, I suppose. Me, I think she sounds pretty amazing. A flying elephant with magic powers? Who wouldn’t want to see that?
Now, some folks are writin’ books about her, tryin’ to figure her out and tell her story. They’re makin’ guides and all sorts of things, so more folks can learn about her. It’s good, I think, to learn about these different creatures and worlds. Makes life a little more interestin’, don’t you think?
So, that’s what I know about Lulu the hollyphant. Not much, maybe, but it’s enough to make me wonder. Makes me think there’s a whole lot more out there in the world, and beyond, than we can even imagine. And who knows, maybe one day, I’ll get to see her for myself, this little flying elephant from another world. That’d be somethin’, wouldn’t it?
