Alright, let’s talk about this 211 Jeter St place. I don’t know much about fancy houses or nothin’, but I can tell you a thing or two.
First off, it’s a street, you see, Jeter Street. And there’s houses on it, all sorts of them. Some big, some small, like chickens in a yard, all different sizes. This 211, well, I reckon it’s one of them houses. Now, is it for sale? That’s the million-dollar question, ain’t it?
I heard tell of some other houses on that street, you know. Like that 477 Jeter St, they say it ain’t for sale right now. Big place, 1570 square feet, two beds. Enough room to swing a cat, I guess, though I wouldn’t be swingin’ no cats, poor things. Then there’s 421 Jeter St, another one not for sale. Smaller, 1100 square feet, but still two beds and two baths. Built way back in 1938, imagine that! Folks been livin’ there longer than I’ve been breathin’, probably.
And then there’s the big one, 41 Jeter St. 3350 square feet! Four beds, three baths. Now that’s a house for a whole heap of people. Sold way back in 1996 for a whole lot of money, $416,500. Probably worth a whole lot more now, everything’s gettin’ so expensive these days, makes an old woman’s head spin.
- 477 Jeter St – Not for sale, 1570 sq ft, 2 beds
- 421 Jeter St – Not for sale, 1100 sq ft, 2 beds, 2 baths, built 1938
- 41 Jeter St – Not for sale, 3350 sq ft, 4 beds, 3 baths, sold 1996 for $416,500
I also heard about that 421 Jeter St again, seems like it sold recently, in 2022, for a whole lot more! $2,150,000! Can you believe it? That’s more money than I’ll ever see in my whole life, and then some. Folks call it a charming home, whatever that means.
Then there’s 204 Jeter St, now that one’s a bit interesting. It was pending, they said, three beds, two baths, 1360 square feet. Asking price was $1,698,000. Land sakes, that’s a lot of dough! But hold on, I also heard it sold for $2,100,000. See, these prices, they go up and down like a fiddler’s elbow.
And there’s more houses, 351 Jeter St, 1952 square feet, three beds, not for sale. And 311 Jeter St, 1590 square feet, three beds, also not for sale. Seems like a lot of folks wanna stay put on Jeter Street, can’t say I blame ’em.
So, back to 211 Jeter St. I can’t say for sure if it’s for sale or not. But seein’ as how all them other houses are either not for sale or sold for a whole heap of money, I reckon it’s either gonna be expensive or not available. That’s just how things are these days, you know. If it is for sale, it’s probably got bedrooms and bathrooms, just like them others. Might be big, might be small, ain’t no way of knowin’ without seein’ it for yourself. But one thing’s for sure, houses on Jeter Street, they seem to be in high demand. Folks want ’em, and they’re willin’ to pay a pretty penny for ’em.
So, if you’re lookin’ at 211 Jeter St, you best be ready to open your wallet wide. And good luck to ya, ’cause findin’ a house these days is harder than findin’ a needle in a haystack, I tell ya.
