Alright, let’s talk about this Coco Gauff, the tennis girl. Folks keep askin’ me where to watch her next match, so I figured I’d spell it out, plain and simple, like I’m tellin’ you how to make a good pot of beans.
Now, this Coco girl, she’s a busy one. She’s playin’ all over the place. Heard tell she’s gonna be at them Olympics in Paris. That’s in 2024, you know, the summer games. She ain’t just playin’ by herself neither. She’s teamin’ up with some other folks, playin’ what they call doubles. That’s two people on a side, like when you’re playin’ cards with your neighbor.
- One partner’s named Jessica Pegula, that’s for the women’s doubles.
- And for the mixed doubles, where a fella and a gal play together, she’s with Taylor Fritz.
Don’t ask me how to watch that yet, they ain’t said. But when they do, I’ll let you know. Just keep your ears open.
Now, some of you were askin’ about that French Open. Coco played against some girl named Iga Swiatek there. If you wanted to watch that on TV, you needed NBC or the Tennis Channel. Don’t know what number the Tennis Channel is on your TV, but on that DirecTV thing, it’s 217. Like I always say, findin’ the right channel is harder than findin’ a good man these days.
Then there’s this other thing, the WTA Finals. They’re gonna be in Riyadh, wherever that is. Sounds fancy. That’s comin’ up in November, towards the end of the year. Now, watchin’ that depends on where you’re at. If you’re in the US of A, the Tennis Channel has got you covered. If you’re over in the UK or those Europe places, it’s on somethin’ called Sky Sports. Down in Australia, they got beIN Sports. Canada folks watch on DAZN. And if you’re way over in Africa, SuperSport or New World TV will show it. See? It’s like tryin’ to figure out which road to take to get to town, lots of different ways dependin’ on where you start.
And if you just want some good ol’ Disney, seems like they showed that Coco movie on ABC. That ain’t the tennis Coco, mind you, it’s a cartoon. They had it on a Sunday night, 8 o’clock, Eastern time. You could watch it if you had one of them cable things, or that Fubo, Hulu, or YouTube TV. Kids these days with all their fancy gadgets.
So, to sum it all up, keep an eye out for when Coco’s playin’. For the Olympics and the WTA Finals, they’ll announce the channels later. For that French Open match against Iga, it was NBC and Tennis Channel. And for the cartoon Coco, that was on ABC. Simple as that. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go check on my chickens.
Where to Watch Coco Gauff? That’s what everyone wants to know, right? Well, I told you all I know. Now go on and watch your tennis, or your cartoons, whatever makes you happy.
And remember, whether it’s tennis or cookin’ grits, you gotta pay attention, or you’ll miss the best parts. This Coco Gauff, she’s somethin’ special, they say. So, don’t miss her matches if you like that sort of thing. I’ll try to keep you updated if I hear anything else.
