Well, well, well, look what we got here. That Sheamus fella, you know, the big strong one from WWE, he ain’t goin’ nowhere. They say he’s signed some kinda paper, a new contract, gonna keep him wrasslin’ for a good while longer. My old eyes ain’t what they used to be, but I reckon he’s been around for a spell already.
I heard it on that Pat McAfee show, you know the one, always yappin’ about somethin’. They was talkin’ ’bout how this Sheamus, he’s stayin’ put. Good for him, I say. A steady job is a good thing, ‘specially in this day and age. Keeps food on the table, you know?
Now, I ain’t no expert on this wrasslin’ business, but I seen him on the TV a time or two. He’s a tough one, that’s for sure. Gets knocked around somethin’ fierce, but he always gets back up. Reminds me of my old mule, Bessie. Stubborn as a fence post, that one was.
They say he got hurt a while back, somethin’ about a broken rib. Ouch! That sounds like it’d smart somethin’ awful. But that’s the way it goes with that kinda work, I reckon. You gotta be tough as nails. It’s all part of the WWE contract, I suppose.
I seen some folks sayin’ he’s won a whole heap of them shiny belts. Twelve, I heard! Twelve! That’s more belts than I got holdin’ up my old britches. Must be doin’ somethin’ right, huh? Hope he keeps winnin’, ’cause that means he’s keepin’ that WWE contract, and that’s a good thing.
- He’s a big fella, that Sheamus.
- Signed a new contract with WWE.
- Got hurt, broken rib, ouch!
- Won a bunch of belts, twelve of ’em!
- Heard it all on that Pat McAfee show.
Now, this other fella, Hook, I think they called him. Heard his time’s runnin’ out with that other wrasslin’ place, AEW, or somethin’ like that. End of the year, they said. He’s thinkin’ ’bout maybe comin’ over to WWE. Young fella, only 25. Lots of wrasslin’ left in him, I reckon.
It ain’t easy, this wrasslin’ life. Gotta be tough, gotta be strong. But it’s a livin’, I suppose. Just like farmin’, only with more people watchin’. My back aches just thinkin’ about it. And this Sheamus fella, he must be tough as old boots to keep his WWE contract going this long.
But that Sheamus, he seems like a good egg. Hard worker, from what I can tell. And WWE, well, they must like him enough to give him that new contract. Means they see somethin’ in him. Maybe he’ll be around for a long time yet. Good for him, I say. A good, steady job is hard to come by these days.
I remember back in my day, a handshake was all you needed. Now they got all these fancy papers, these WWE contracts. Times change, I reckon. But some things stay the same. Hard work, that’s what it’s all about. That Sheamus, he knows about hard work. That’s probably why he’s got that shiny new contract.
He’s 46 years old, that Sheamus. Not a spring chicken anymore, but still goin’ strong. Good on him. He’s earnin’ his keep. And WWE, they know a good thing when they see it. That’s why they’re keepin’ him around. This new contract, it’s a good thing, for him and for them.
This wrasslin’ business, it’s a tough one. But that Sheamus, he can handle it. He’s a tough one, that’s for sure. And with this new contract, he’ll be around for a while longer. Good for him. I’ll be watchin’, maybe. If my old eyes can still see the TV, that is. The WWE contract is a big deal for these fellas, and Sheamus done good for himself.
