Alright, let’s talk about this… this thing, this “artifact of delusion ror2,” whatever that means. Folks keep jabberin’ about it, so I figured I’d try and make some sense of it for ya. Don’t expect no fancy words, ’cause I ain’t got none. Just gonna tell it like it is, like I see it.
So, this “artifact,” seems like it’s somethin’ you get in a game. Risk of Rain 2, they call it. Sounds like a whole lotta noise to me, but the young’uns, they love it. This particular thing, the “delusion” one, it messes with the chests. You know, them treasure boxes you find in games.
- First off, you gotta get to the fifth stage, “Sky Meadow.” Sounds pretty, don’t it? Like a field fulla flowers. But I bet it’s fulla monsters instead, knowing these games.
- Anyways, in that Sky Meadow place, you gotta find a hole in the ground, a round one. It leads to somethin’ called a “Compound Generator.” Sounds complicated, like somethin’ my grandson would build with his tinker toys.
- Then, you gotta punch in some codes. Where you get these codes? I dunno. Probably gotta find ’em or somethin’. The kids these days, they always findin’ things on that internet thingy.
- Punchin’ in the codes, that opens up a doorway, a “portal” they call it. Takes you to another place, “Bulwark’s Ambry.” Sounds like a dusty old attic to me.
- In that attic, you get a “Artifact Key.” A key! Just like the one I use for my shed. Only this one, I guess, unlocks more stuff in the game.
Now, this “Artifact of Delusion” in particular, it does somethin’ tricky with the chests. See, after you finish fightin’ around the teleporter thingy, it resets all the chests. Resets ’em! Means you can open ’em again. Like gettin’ a second helping of pie, but with more guns and gadgets instead of apples.
And when you open them chests again, you get more stuff. More items, they call ’em. These items, they help you fight, I guess. Make you stronger, faster, shootier. The more the merrier, right? That’s what my grandpappy always said about potatoes, and I reckon it applies to game items too.
But there’s a catch, ain’t there always? This here artifact, it don’t work with some other artifacts. Like the “Artifact of Sacrifice.” Seems like if you got that one, the delusion one’s useless. Waste of time, like tryin’ to milk a bull. And there’s somethin’ about a “Lemurian egg” and a “Artifact of Devotion” too, but that just sounds like gibberish to me.
There’s a whole bunch of these artifacts in the game, they say. Sixteen of ’em! That’s more than the eggs I get from my chickens in a week! Each one does somethin’ different, I guess. Makes the game harder, easier, crazier, who knows. The young’uns, they like to mix and match ’em, see what happens. Kids these days, they got too much time on their hands.
So, this “artifact of delusion ror2,” it’s about gettin’ more stuff. Chests reset, you get more items, you get stronger. But you gotta jump through some hoops to get it. Sky Meadow, codes, portals, keys… Sounds like a whole lotta fuss to me. But if it makes the game more fun, I guess that’s all that matters. Just like addin’ a bit of sugar to your coffee, makes it taste a whole lot better, even if it ain’t necessary.
Now, some folks say there’s spoilers involved, and I should warn ya not to keep readin’ if you want the full experience of this “ror2” thing. But heck, I already told ya most of it, ain’t I? Can’t unlearn somethin’ like learnin’ how to make a good pot of stew, once you know it, you know it. Same goes for this game stuff, I reckon.
And that’s about all I can tell ya about this “artifact of delusion ror2” thing. It’s about chests, and items, and codes, and keys, and a whole bunch of other stuff I don’t quite understand. But if you’re playin’ that Risk of Rain 2 game, maybe this helps ya. If not, well, at least you learned somethin’ new today. Or maybe you just wasted your time listenin’ to an old woman ramble. Either way, it’s your time to waste, not mine.
Risk of Rain 2 artifacts can really change the way you play. And this “artifact of delusion” seems to be all about gettin’ more stuff. More bang for your buck, as they say. Which, in my book, ain’t a bad thing at all. Who don’t like more stuff? Just like havin’ extra jars of jam in the pantry for the winter, always good to be prepared.
So go on, find that Sky Meadow, punch in them codes, and get yourself that artifact. And if you see any spare keys lyin’ around, bring ’em to me. I could always use a spare for my shed.
