Today I was browsing around, and I stumbled upon this thing called “Atrocious Gameplay Wiki”. Sounds interesting, right? So, I decided to check it out and see what it’s all about.
First, I just googled “Atrocious Gameplay Wiki” to find the website. I mean, it’s the easiest way, and you gotta start somewhere, yeah?
Once I got to the website, I spent some time just clicking around. I checked out a few different pages, read some of the articles, you know, just getting a feel for the place.
Then, I figured, why not try to make an account? I found the “Sign Up” button, clicked it, and filled in the usual stuff: username, password, email, and all that jazz. It was pretty straightforward, no big deal.
After creating my account, I thought, “Let’s try to edit something.” I picked a random page that looked like it could use a little improvement and hit the “Edit” button.
- Tried adding some text, just to see how it works.
- Played around with the formatting a bit, like bolding and italics. It’s all pretty intuitive.
- Checked the preview to make sure it looked okay before saving. You don’t want to mess up someone else’s work, right?
Once I was happy with my edits, I saved the page. And there you go, my first contribution to the Atrocious Gameplay Wiki!
Next, I thought I’d try creating a new page. I clicked on the “Create a new page” link and started typing away. I just wrote a little something about a game I recently played that had some, well, atrocious gameplay elements. Nothing fancy, just a quick summary and my thoughts on it.
After creating the page, I realized there was more I could do. So, I spent some time exploring the different features of the wiki. There’s a lot of stuff you can do, like adding images, creating categories, and even making templates. It’s pretty cool how much you can customize things.
Finally, I decided to call it a day. I logged out of my account and closed the browser. Overall, it was a pretty fun experience exploring the Atrocious Gameplay Wiki. It’s definitely a place where you can share your thoughts on games and connect with other people who have similar interests.
So that’s it, that’s my whole experience with the Atrocious Gameplay Wiki today. Not a big deal, just killing some time, learning some stuff, sharing some words with the folks there. Maybe I’ll do it again some time. You know, some pages are still not very good, might need my help. Who knows?
