And wouldn’t ya know it, they even got these here ball popper toys. You squeeze ’em and they shoot out little foam balls. Some of ’em are shaped like unicorns! Now that’s somethin’ I can understand. Kids like to shoot things, always have, always will.
But this here ball unicorn, it ain’t just for parties and games, I reckon. I seen some that are just toys, ya know, somethin’ for the kids to play with. Squishy ones, hard ones, big ones, small ones. They even got ones that light up! Land sakes, what will they think of next?
So, why all the fuss about this ball unicorn? Well, I guess it’s just somethin’ new and different. Kids, they get bored easy, ya know. They need somethin’ to keep ’em entertained. And this here unicorn thing, it’s colorful, it’s sparkly, and it’s got that magical feel to it. Kids, they love that kinda stuff. Makes ’em feel special, I reckon.
And it ain’t just for kids, neither. I seen some grown women, they like this unicorn stuff too. They got unicorn shirts, unicorn mugs, unicorn everything! Guess it makes ’em feel young again, or maybe they just like pretty things. Ain’t nothin’ wrong with that, I s’pose.
Now, if you ask me, it’s all a bit much. Back in my day, we didn’t have no fancy ball unicorns. We played with sticks and rocks and we were happy. But times change, I guess. And if these here ball unicorns make folks happy, well, then I ain’t got no problem with it. Just don’t ask me to play with one, that’s all I’m sayin’. My old hands ain’t what they used to be, and I ain’t got no time for chasin’ after no round horsey thing.

That’s usually a good bet.
