Alright, let’s talk about this “Art Cullagh BG3 lute” thing I messed around with today. So, I booted up Baldur’s Gate 3 again. You know, that game based on the D&D 5th edition rules? It’s pretty cool, you gather your party and go on adventures and stuff.
Anyway, I came across this side quest called “Wake up Art Cullagh.” Basically, there’s this dude, Art Cullagh, who’s cursed and in some kind of coma. I figured, “Hey, I gotta wake this guy up!” The whole area, these Shadow-cursed Lands, are super dangerous and tricky to navigate. But I pushed on, determined to help Art.
After some exploring and figuring things out, I found a way to communicate with him. I got a hint from a voice message which says that I should play a lute beside Art Cullagh, then it struck me! I gotta find a lute!
I searched high and low in the game, finally got my hands on a lute. I went back to Art Cullagh, played the lute beside him. And guess what? It worked! He woke up! It was awesome to see him finally free from the curse.
But I didn’t stop there. I got curious about what else I could do with this lute, I remembered that I have a mod installed about 2B’s clothes and weapons from Nier Automata. It’s pretty cool, adds a whole new vibe to the game. I thought, why not combine these two? I played the lute while wearing the 2B outfit. It felt a bit strange, but in a fun way! It’s like mixing two different worlds together, and it made the whole experience even more memorable.
So yeah, that’s my little adventure with Art Cullagh and the lute in Baldur’s Gate 3. It’s amazing how a simple instrument can play such a big role in the game, and how mods can add a whole new layer of fun to it.
- Started playing BG3, found the “Wake up Art Cullagh” quest.
- Explored the Shadow-cursed Lands, found a lute.
- Played the lute, woke up Art Cullagh.
- Used a mod to wear 2B’s outfit from Nier Automata.
- Played the lute again, felt like mixing two different worlds.
It was a blast! I’m gonna keep playing and see what other crazy stuff I can get into. Catch you guys later!
