Okay, so today I decided to dig into this whole “Davis v Walsh” thing. It sounded interesting, and I wanted to see what it was all about, and play around with the concepts a little.
Getting Started
First, I needed to understand the background. I did some searching. What are the, key points, and the arguments? I wanted the basics, no deep legalese, just the plain English version.
Experimenting with the case
After that, I spent some time working on it.
- First: What does the case talk.
- Second:How to understand the case, and What’s going on.
- Third: Try to find something intersting.
I also tried to apply some of the lessons and some of the concepts presented in the case study to real-world situations.
My Reflection
After I get all these,I think I got it.
It’s pretty cool when you take something theoretical and actually try to use it, even in a small way. You get a much better feel for it than just reading about it. I suggest you do the same as me, and you will get yours!
