Okay, so I’ve been meaning to try out this “La Parka Spear” thing for a while now. I saw some videos online, and it looked pretty cool, so I figured, why not give it a shot? Here’s how it went down.

Getting Started
First things first, I needed to, you know, actually figure out what this move even is. Turns out, it’s basically a wrestling move where you run at someone, jump, and kind of spear them with your shoulder. Sounds simple enough, right? Wrong.
The Practice
- Step 1: The Run-Up. I started by just practicing the running part. I wanted to get a good, solid sprint going. I felt like I was running way faster.
- Step 2: The Jump. This is where things got tricky. I tried jumping and… well, it wasn’t pretty. I mostly just stumbled forward. My legs were not ready what I did.
- Step 3: The “Spear.” I didn’t have anyone to practice on, so I used a big, heavy bag I had in my storage. That gave me a bad feeling.I ran, I jumped, I… kind of bounced off the bag. Not exactly the devastating impact I was hoping for.
The Refinement
I kept at it, though. I tried different approaches, watched more videos, and slowly but surely, I started to see some improvement.
- I worked on getting more height in my jump.
- I focused on tucking my body more to make the “spear” more impactful.
- I practiced my running to jump timing again and again.
Almost There!
After a good amount of practice, I finally felt like I was getting somewhere. I still wasn’t perfect, but I could consistently hit the bag with a decent amount of force. It wasn’t quite La Parka level, but hey, I’m not a professional wrestler.
Final Thoughts
It is not an easy * “La Parka Spear” thing is definitely harder than it looks. It takes a lot of practice, coordination, and, I should add * it’s also pretty fun to try, even if you end up looking like a fool most of the time. Would I recommend it? Sure, why not? Just maybe don’t try it on your friends without some serious padding.
