Okay, so I’ve been playing a TON of Dreamlight Valley lately, and I’ve been trying to cook every single recipe. I finally got around to tackling that creamy soup, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey. Not hard, just…a journey.

Getting Started
First things first, I needed to figure out what the heck even goes into this soup. I mean, “creamy soup” is pretty vague, right? So, I did a little digging around, checked my recipe book in the game a bunch of times, and realized I was missing some key ingredients.
The Ingredient Hunt
The recipe calls for:
- Milk: Okay, easy enough. Got that from Remy’s pantry.
- Any Vegetable:This is where it had my head spinning. I had to search all over.
- Potato Headed back to the shop.
- Any Spice: Super easy, just grab some Oregano.
So, the potato was easy, grabbed that from Goofy’s stall in the Peaceful Meadow. I usually have a ton of those on hand anyway.
Putting It All Together
Once I had all my ingredients rounded up, I headed straight for a cooking station. Tossed everything into the pot:
- Milk
- Carrot
- Potato
- Oregano
Fired up the stove, did that little mini-game thing (which, honestly, I still haven’t mastered, I always burn stuff), and BOOM. Creamy soup achieved! I was pretty proud of the outcome.

Final Result!
It turned into a pretty nice 4 star dish and sold for a good amount. Finally I’ve added another recipe to the cookbook.
