Okay, so I’ve been meaning to document this for a while, and today’s the day. I finally got around to meticulously cataloging Dustin Johnson’s WITB (What’s in the Bag). It’s something I’ve wanted to do, and I think others can copy my homework.
First, I started by scouring the internet. I mean, really scouring. I went through tons of articles, forum posts, and even some blurry photos from tournaments. My goal was to get the most up-to-date and accurate information possible, my first hand imformation.
My Process:
- Gathering Intel: I created a simple spreadsheet. Column one was “Club Type,” column two was “Brand/Model,” and column three was for “Notes” (like lofts, shafts, anything unique).
- Deep Dive: I primarily focused my searching skill. It really help me find those nuggets of info that are sometimes buried.
- Cross-Referencing: This was key. If I saw one source say he was using a certain club, I made sure to find at least two other sources confirming it. No room for error here!
- The Details: I didn’t just want the basic club info. I wanted to know the specifics. What shaft is he using? What’s the loft on his 3-wood? Those little details can make a big difference.
- Final Verification: Once I felt confident, I did one last sweep, double-checking everything.
It was a bit of a grind, honestly, but totally worth it. I’ve now got a super detailed breakdown of DJ’s bag. I updated the information from differenct *’s awesome to have this all organized and documented. And now, whenever I see him play, I can geek out even more, knowing exactly what he’s working with.
I finally completed all my practice.I think i need summarize all information into a final doc, and that all my work can help anyone who want to know DJ’s WITB.
