Well now, if y’all ain’t heard of this young fella, Bryson DeChambeau, then you surely must be livin’ under a rock. He’s a big name in the golf world, though I reckon most folks just know him for his mighty big swing and how he hits that ball like it’s on a mission. But let me tell ya, it ain’t just his golf game that’s got people talkin’, it’s also all them big companies that got their names tied up with him. Sponsorships, that’s what we call ‘em, and Bryson’s got himself a whole heap of ‘em.
First off, Bryson’s been workin’ with some mighty fine companies over the years. He’s had deals with Cobra and Puma, brands that you might know from their fine golf clubs and clothes. Then there’s DraftKings, the ones with them fancy sports bets, and OneStream Software, whatever that is, probably something fancy that the young folks use. I reckon if you got money to burn, you might wanna look into that. But it ain’t just them, oh no. This fella’s also got himself deals with some real big names like Bentley, BOSE, Rolex, and Trump Golf, just to name a few.
Now, you might be wonderin’, what’s a fancy golfer like him wearin’? Well, he sure does look sharp on the course, don’t he? Last I heard, he was sportin’ Stitch Golf, a brand that started off makin’ some fine leather headcovers for golf clubs. Ain’t too bad, if you ask me. They’ve been around since 2012, and they got themselves noticed in the golf world. Bryson wears their clothes, lookin’ all neat and proper, and I reckon that’s somethin’ a lot of folks pay attention to when they see him on TV.
But now, I gotta tell ya, things have changed a bit. Back when he was on the PGA Tour, he used to wear that big ol’ Puma hat and shirt. But as of last year, it looks like he ain’t workin’ with Puma no more. Word on the street is his contract with Cobra ended in 2022 too. I reckon these sponsorships come and go quicker than a summer thunderstorm. This fella’s always lookin’ to switch things up, just like his golf clubs. He’s been seen usin’ a different brand for his golf shafts too, this time it’s Project X, not his usual LA Golf Shaft. Seems like he’s always experimentin’, tryin’ to get the best performance he can, but that’s what they call him, “The Scientist” of golf.
And let me tell ya, that LIV Golf thing’s got him tied up now. You see, Bryson signed a mighty big contract with LIV Golf back in June 2022, worth a reported $125 million. That’s more money than I’ll ever see in my whole life! They say he signed up for four years, and I reckon that’s a pretty sweet deal. That makes him one of the highest-paid golfers in the world, right up there with some of them other big names like Dustin Johnson. I reckon he’s livin’ the high life, no doubt about it.
Some folks have been talkin’ about how LIV Golf is all about shakein’ up the sport, and well, it sure has. Bryson, he’s part of the Crushers GC team, which ain’t exactly a team I know much about, but I hear they’re making a bit of a ruckus. It’s all part of this new LIV Golf league, which has been getting some folks riled up, especially those old-school PGA folks. But Bryson, well, he don’t seem too bothered. He’s out there makin’ that money, playin’ for LIV, and wearin’ that Crushers GC hat and shirt with pride. No more Puma gear, no sir, he’s all in on LIV now.
One thing’s for sure, Bryson DeChambeau’s got himself a good list of sponsors. Even though he’s not workin’ with some of them big names anymore, it ain’t like he’s fallin’ off the map. He’s still out there makin’ a name for himself, with those new brands by his side. Whether it’s Cobra Golf, Avoda Golf, or whatever he’s usin’ next, I reckon Bryson’s gonna keep makin’ waves in the world of golf. And as for all them big brands he’s partnered with, well, they sure do love the exposure they get when he’s out there playin’ on the course.
So, if you’re lookin’ for some of the same gear or just want to know more about Bryson’s sponsorships, well, there’s plenty to keep track of. He’s a man of many brands, and I reckon he’ll keep addin’ to that list as time goes by. But one thing’s for sure, he’s not slowin’ down, not by a long shot.
