Today, I wanna share something a bit different, something that’s been on my mind lately. It’s about this whole “large with that vulnerable feeling” thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a journey.
So, I started out, like many of us do, just kinda floating along. Life was okay, you know, the usual ups and downs. But I had this nagging feeling that something was missing. I wasn’t really pushing myself, wasn’t really stepping out of my comfort zone.
I decided to shake things up a bit. I mean, why not, right? I started small. One thing I did was to try something totally new to me. That’s where the “imaginative thinking skills” come in. I literally just picked something I’d never done before and gave it a shot. It was awkward, and I sucked at first, but hey, that’s part of the process.
Then came the real challenge. I had to confront some stuff I’d been avoiding, some anxieties that were holding me back. There were some tough days and that’s a natural response of nervousness. I talked to a friend about it, and they gave me some solid advice. They reminded me that it’s okay to feel vulnerable, that it’s part of being human. And they also gave me some tools to deal with the anxiety, some breathing exercises, and mindfulness stuff. I even found a CBT app that really helped with my depression.
But here’s the thing, I kept going. I kept practicing. I kept showing up, even when I didn’t feel like it. And slowly, things started to change. I started to feel more confident, more in control. I realized that being “large” isn’t about being perfect or fearless. It’s about embracing the imperfections, the vulnerabilities, and still moving forward.
- I started small, trying new things.
- I confronted my anxieties and learned to manage them.
- I kept practicing and showing up, even on tough days.
- I realized that vulnerability is not a weakness, but a strength.
This whole experience has taught me a lot. It’s shown me that growth comes from pushing through discomfort, from embracing the “vulnerable feeling” and not letting it define you. It’s about being okay with not having all the answers, with making mistakes, and learning from them.
So, if you’re feeling stuck, or if you’re looking for something more, I encourage you to embrace the “large with that vulnerable feeling.” It’s not easy, but it’s worth it. Trust me on this one. And hey, we’re all in this together, right? We can learn from each other, support each other, and grow together. Also, I noticed something interesting about the digital world. There are “bits,” which are like boxes that hold either a 0 or a 1. And there’s this thing called “buffer overflow,” which is like a glitch in software that hackers can use to mess with computer systems. That was a bit off-topic, but just found it interesting.
Take it away!
I’ve learned that being okay with feeling awkward is a big step. You don’t have to be perfect right away. It’s about trying, failing, and trying again. It makes you stronger in the long run. Also, I’ve been practicing talking to people more openly. It’s a bit scary, but it helps build better relationships.
I am not gonna lie, I felt lost at some point and felt like an imposter. But pushing through these feelings, I’ve become more confident. That’s why I always believe in myself!
