Well, let me tell ya ’bout this Jade character in Honkai: Star Rail. Folks been buzzin’ ’bout her like bees ’round a honey pot.
Jade’s a big deal, a 5-star character, see? That means she’s supposed to be real strong and fancy. They say she uses somethin’ called “Quantum” element. Sounds like somethin’ out of a sci-fi movie, don’t it? And her “Path” is “Erudition.” Don’t ask me what that means, sounds like somethin’ them city folks would say. But I hear it makes her good at fightin’ and learnin’ stuff, I guess.
Now, when is she comin’ out? That’s what everyone wants to know. Folks been sayin’ different things, but it looks like she showed up with somethin’ they call “update 2.3.” They started countin’ from June 19, 2024, but Jade, she came a little later.
They put these characters on banners, like pictures on a stick, I reckon. And Jade, she got her own banner on July 10, 2024. And they say these banners stick around for about three weeks. So, if you wanted her, you had to try and get her durin’ that time.

They also call her “Lady Bonajade.” Sounds mighty fancy, like one of them queens or somethin’. I don’t know why she needs two names, but city folk are strange, ain’t they?
Now, they got these things called “Star Passes” you gotta use to get her. It’s like buyin’ lottery tickets, I suppose. You spend them passes and hope you get lucky enough to get Jade. And if you don’t? Well, you just gotta keep tryin’ or wait ’til she comes back around, I guess.
Before Jade, they had other characters on banners. A fella named Sunday with some “Imaginary” thing and another fella named Jing Yuan with “Lightning.” These youngsters and their fancy names! They keep changin’ these banners every few weeks, so you gotta keep up if you wanna get all the characters. Seems like a lot of work to me.
Honkai: Star Rail banners is what they call ’em. They’re always changin’, so you gotta pay attention if you want a specific character. It’s like waitin’ for the bus, only instead of a bus, you get a fancy space warrior lady.
This Jade, she’s supposed to be real powerful. Folks online are always talkin’ ’bout how good she is and how much damage she can do. They use big words and numbers, but it all boils down to her bein’ a strong fighter, from what I can tell.

It’s all a bit complicated for an old woman like me, but that’s what I’ve gathered from listenin’ to the youngsters talk. They sure do love their space games and fancy characters, don’t they? This Jade seems important though, so if you are playin’ that game, best keep your eyes peeled for her.
