Okay, so I’ve been digging into this whole thing about how old Alex Pereira’s kids are, and man, it’s been a bit of a journey. I started off just curious, you know? Like, you see this guy in the UFC, tough as nails, and you wonder about his life outside the octagon.
First, I just did some quick searches. I just typed “Alex Pereira kids age” into the search bar and skimmed through some stuff. I found a few articles that mentioned he’s got two sons. Not a lot of details, but it was a start.
Trying to pin down the ages
- I found another piece talking about one of his sons saying he wanted to take over the Light Heavyweight division in the future. The article hinted that this was around 2025. So, I’m thinking, if the kid’s talking about a fighting career in the future, he’s gotta be somewhat young now, right?
- Then I saw that Pereira himself was 36 as of July 11, 2023. So, I’m doing some rough math in my head. If he had his kids in his early twenties, they’d be in their early teens now. This kind of lines up with what some sources were saying about them being in their early adolescence.
- I found out that Pereira has some indigenous ancestry from the Pataxó tribe, which is pretty cool. Learned his nickname “Poatan” means “Stone Hands” in the Tupi language. Also, did you know this dude is the tallest fighter in UFC history at 7 feet? Crazy stuff. I had a hard time finding out his actual age of kids but this stuff was cool to learn about.
I even tried to find some family photos or interviews where he might talk about his kids. No luck there. I guess he keeps his family life pretty private, which I totally respect. I mean, the guy’s a fighter, not a reality TV star.
So, after all this digging, I still don’t have exact ages for his sons. But based on what I found, it seems like a pretty safe bet to say they’re somewhere in their early teens. I guess we’ll have to wait for more info to come out, maybe from Pereira himself, if he ever decides to share more about his family. Until then, it’s all just a bit of an educated guess, you know?
