Okay, so, I really wanted to get into fusing personas in Persona 5 Royal, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey. I started by looking up how to fuse Suzaku, ’cause why not start with a cool-sounding persona, right? First, I fired up the game and got to the Velvet Room, where all the magic happens, you know? I needed to make sure I had the right materials, so I checked my stock of personas.
Turns out, for the Royal version, I just needed a Berith to start with, which was a rank 2 fusion. I already had Berith on hand from a previous capture, so that part was sorted. I selected Berith and combined it to start the fusion process.
But, here’s where it got a bit tricky. For rank 3, it became a triple advanced fusion thing. I needed Berith, Andras, and Eligor. I had Andras and Eligor from roaming around Futaba’s Palace, but if you don’t, you might need to do a bit of grinding there. I went ahead and initiated the triple fusion with those three.
- First Step: Get Berith.
- Second Step: Get Andras and Eligor by exploring or fusing.
- Third Step: Head to the Velvet Room.
- Fourth Step: Initiate the triple advanced fusion.
I gotta say, watching Igor do his thing with the fusion is always a spectacle. The whole process felt like a ritual. The screen lit up, some dramatic effects played out, and boom, there was Suzaku. It’s a pretty awesome-looking persona, all fiery and majestic, and it gives you some nice skills like Mafrei. If you want, you can even itemize Suzaku using the Electric Chair to get a Mafrei skill card.
But I didn’t stop there. I used Suzaku to fuse it with a Phoenix I had, and that gave me Setanta. I was pretty happy with that result.
I also messed around a bit and found that using the Queen’s Necklace can give you Rakukaja, which is neat if you need it. Anyway, that’s how I got Suzaku and then Setanta. It was a bit of a process, but totally worth it. Fusing personas is like, half the fun of the game, you know? It’s like cooking, but with demons and mythical creatures. You mix and match and hope for the best, and sometimes you end up with something really awesome. So, that’s my little adventure in the world of persona fusion.
