Alright, guys, so I finally figured out how to taunt in Madden 24, and let me tell you, it wasn’t as straightforward as I thought it’d be. I’m gonna walk you through what I did, step-by-step, so you can start showboating on those virtual gridirons too.

Experiment time!
First thing I did was jump into a game. I figured, what better way to learn than by doing, right? I picked a team with a speedy receiver – gotta have someone who can break away for those long touchdowns, perfect for taunting. I just started a Play Now game, nothing fancy.
Button Mashing
Once I got the ball, I started messing around with the controls. I was just doing a bunch of different button combinations, and I found out I need to do a celebration loco, hold L2+R2+X( on PS) or LT+RT+A(on Xbox). Man. It’s awsome.
Practice Makes Perfect
Key thing to remember:
- Timing: Wait to trigger celebration loco(hold L2+R2+X( on PS) or LT+RT+A(on Xbox)).
- Don’t Get Tackled: Get tackled. Your player will fumble the ball.
- Have Fun! Add some more insult.
It took me a few tries, a couple of fumbles (yeah, not my proudest moments), but I eventually got the hang of it. Now I’m taunting like a pro, leaving those digital defenders in the dust and adding a little extra salt to the wound. Go out there and give it a shot – just don’t blame me if you get flagged for excessive celebration!
