Okay, so I’ve been glued to the PGA Tour lately, especially with all the buzz around Scottie Scheffler. And with the John Deere Classic happening, I got curious about how things were shaking out, especially for players prepping for the Scottish Open and The Open Championship.

My Little Investigation
I started digging around, checking scores, and looking at player schedules. You know, like a proper golf nerd.
My process:
- I first checked the PGA Tour website to see the John Deere Classic leaderboard.
- Then I took a look at the official entry of players who participate in the Scottish Open.
I was looking to find the names, hoping to see some big names there. And after I was searching and searching, I figured something like “some big names, might be taking a break to gear up for those bigger tournaments coming up,the Scottish Open and The Open.”
It makes sense, right? Gotta rest those muscles and get your head in the game for a major. It looked like they’re probably saving their energy for the big show.
Anyway, that was my little adventure for the day. Following the tour, checking the scores, and seeing who’s prepping for what. It’s all part of the fun, even if it’s just me clicking around on websites.
