Okay, so the other day I was messing around with my houseplants, and I thought, “Hey, why not try to grow a Jordan plant?” I’d seen some cool pictures online, and I figured it would be a fun little project. So, here’s how it all went down.

Getting Started
First things first, I needed to get my hands on a Jordan plant. I didn’t have one, and my local nursery didn’t have it.
I get a small one, ’cause I wanted to see it grow from the early stage.
The Setup
Next up, I prepped a pot. I grabbed a medium-sized one with some drainage holes at the bottom – super important, so the roots don’t get all soggy and rot. Then, I filled it with some potting mix. You know, the regular kind you get at the store. Nothing fancy, just some good quality stuff that drains well.
Planting Time
Now for the fun part! I carefully took the Jordan plant out of its old pot and gently moved it to new pot.I placed it in the new pot, making sure the top of the root ball was level with the soil surface. Filled in around the roots with more potting mix, and patted it down gently. Not too tight, just enough so the plant stands up straight.
Watering and Care
After planting, I gave it a good watering. I let the water run through until it started dripping out of the drainage holes. That way, I knew the soil was nice and moist. I placed it where can get bright but indirect sunlight.

Watching It Grow
And that’s pretty much it! Now it’s just a waiting game. I’ve been watering it whenever the top inch of soil feels dry, usually about once a week. I found that it can get different shape and size,It’s been a few weeks now, and I think my little Jordan plant is doing pretty good! It’s a slow grower, so it’s not like I’m seeing massive changes every day, but I love to see it a live.
