Man, let me tell you about this whole JTG WWE thing I got into. It all started when I was scrolling through some old wrestling videos. You know, just taking a trip down memory lane. I stumbled upon these guys, Cryme Tyme, and I was instantly hooked. They were just so entertaining, you know?
So, I started digging deeper. Found out one of these guys was JTG. This dude had charisma! I started following his career, going through all his matches. I watched when Cryme Tyme defeated the Fly Def team in some VIP event back in 2019. That was wild.
- Watched his tag team matches with Shad Gaspard.
- They even won some OVW Southern Tag Team Championship back in the day.
- Then they went to Raw.
After that, I got really invested. I watched JTG on SmackDown. He was trying to make a run of it as a singles guy. And he was great. Not just some tag team guy, this dude had the skills to pay the bills, you know? I mean, the man even went head-to-head with Mysterious Q and Bryan Keith in some GCW For The Culture event. I was glued to the screen. He was competing, putting on a show, that’s what got me. I started watching all his matches I could find.
The Match against Jeri-Show
Then I discovered this gem! Cryme Tyme was going up against Jeri-Show (Chris Jericho and The Big Show) for the Unified Tag Team Championship. I mean, these were big names! I watched that match like a hawk, and even though things didn’t go their way, it was a heck of a fight.
From there, I really started rooting for JTG. I even watched his NWA Tag Team Titles match with Dirty Dango. It just showed me he was still out there, grinding, doing his thing. I respect that, I really do. Following JTG’s journey has been a blast. I mean, the guy’s been through it all, tag teams, singles matches, you name it. But he’s always kept it real, always put on a show. And that’s why I’m a fan.
