Okay, so I wanted to figure out who the heck was announcing the KC Royals games. I’m a huge fan, but sometimes I’m stuck listening on the radio or catching a game on a different TV feed, and I like to know who’s calling the plays.

First, I went straight to the source. You know, just started Googling. Typed in something like “KC Royals announcers 2024”. That was my starting point.
Figuring Out the TV Crew
The search gave me some results. Turns out, I had to dig around a little. But after check a couple of pages, I got the main TV guys:
- Ryan Lefebvre: This dude is the main play-by-play guy. I recognized his voice immediately!
- Rex Hudler: He’s the color commentator, adding in all the extra analysis and, you know, fun stories. Classic “Hud”!
- Jake Eisenberg: Now there is a play-by-play announcer, providing some more commentary.
Radio Time!
Then I was like, “Okay, but what about the radio broadcasts?” Those are a whole different ballgame (pun intended!). Did a little more searching, specifically for “KC Royals radio announcers”.
From what I learned, the radio team is like this:

- Denny Matthews: The legend! He’s been doing this forever, and he’s the main voice on the radio.
- Steve Stewart: This is another play-by-play.
- Steve Physioc: Seem like he offer some play-by-play, too!
- Jake Eisenberg: I saw his name also appear here.
Wrapping It Up
So yeah, that’s how I got my info. Just good old-fashioned internet detective work. Now I can listen or watch a Royals game and know exactly who’s bringing me the action. Go Royals!
