Okay, so I wanted to figure out who’s gonna win the Sixers vs. Hawks game. I’m no expert, but I like to think I know a thing or two about basketball.

First, I looked up their recent games. You know, just to get a feel for how both teams are playing lately. Are they on a winning streak? Losing streak? That kind of stuff.
Then, I checked out the injury reports. Gotta know who’s playing and who’s sitting on the bench. A key player out with an injury can totally change the game.
- Are there key players injured?
- If so how important are this players?
Next, I compared their stats. Points per game, rebounds, assists, you name it. I wanted to see where each team was strong and where they might be a little weak.
It helps me get a picture in my mind of the matchup.

After that, I tried to find some expert predictions. I’m not saying I blindly follow what they say, but it’s interesting to see what the “pros” are thinking. Sometimes they catch things I miss.
My Conclusion
Finally, I just went with my gut. Based on everything I saw, I made my prediction. I’m not gonna tell you who I picked, ’cause where’s the fun in that? But I will say, it was a tough decision! Both teams have their strengths, it could easily have gone to the wire. I felt quite confident in my final decision and it paid off, so all this work was worth it!
