Okay, so I’ve been thinking about getting a tattoo for a while now, and I’m a huge Conor McGregor fan. I mean, the guy’s a legend, right? And his tattoos? Super cool. I really wanted to figure out how to get some ink that was inspired by him, but not, like, a total copycat move.
First thing I did was look up a ton of pictures of him. I mean, I’ve seen him fight a million times, but I never really paid close attention to the details of his tattoos. So I spent hours just zooming in on photos, trying to get a good look at each one.
Then I started making a list. He’s got that Arabic writing, which is pretty sick, and that was apparently his first tattoo. Then there’s all that stuff on his chest and stomach, the gorilla, the tiger, the rose, and that weird dagger thing. I like his tattoos.
After that, I tried to find out what they all meant, you know? Turns out, it’s not just random stuff. Each one tells a story about him. It’s not just body art, it is about his life. This gave me a lot to think about.
Brainstorming My Own Ideas
This is where it got tricky. I didn’t want to just copy his tattoos, but I wanted something that gave off the same kind of vibe, you know? So I started thinking about what’s important to me, what kind of images and symbols resonate with my own life.
- I jotted down a bunch of ideas, things that represent my own journey and struggles.
- I sketched out some rough designs, trying to incorporate elements that felt McGregor-esque but also uniquely me.
- I even talked to a couple of tattoo artists to get their input.
I looked to find some inspiration online, but not a lot of useful stuff. But I do found some good feedback on the website.
Finally, after weeks of thinking and sketching, I came up with a design I’m pretty stoked about. It’s got some similar elements to McGregor’s, but it’s definitely my own thing. I feel like it has that same kind of bold, powerful energy. I can’t wait to show it to you guys, once it’s done!
