Alright, so I’ve been diving deep into Reverse 1999, and let me tell you, figuring out who’s good and who’s not is a whole thing. I decided to make my own tier list, because, why not? I wanted to share how I went about it, ’cause it was a bit of a journey.

First Steps: Getting My Feet Wet
First, I just played. Like, a lot. I started by trying out every character I could get my hands on. I didn’t look at any guides or anything; I just wanted to see how they felt in battle. I paid attention to things like, how much damage they did, how often they could use their skills, and if they were, you know, actually useful.
Getting Serious: Data Time!
After a while of casual play, I realized I needed to be more organized. I created a simple spreadsheet. Yeah, I know, sounds nerdy, but it helped! I listed all the characters and started jotting down notes. Things like:
- Damage output: How much pain can they dish out?
- Survivability: Can they take a hit, or do they fold like a cheap suit?
- Utility: Do they have any cool tricks, like buffs or debuffs?
- Team synergy: Do they play nice with others, or are they lone wolves?
The Grind: Putting in the Hours
This is where the real work began. I spent hours testing different team comps, trying out various strategies, and basically just playing the game until my eyes started to blur. I fought the same battles over and over, swapping characters in and out to see what worked best. It was a grind, but hey, gotta do what you gotta do for science, right?
Making the List: Putting It All Together
Finally, I felt like I had enough data to start actually making the tier list.I chose to do it in tiers from S,A,B,C,D and I started ranking characters. It wasn’t easy, and there were definitely some tough calls. I moved characters up and down the list a bunch of times, debating with myself about where they truly belonged. It was a process, let me tell you.
The Result: My Very Own Tier List
And that’s it. That is my experince about how I did my tier list of reverse 1999.

It’s not perfect, and I’m sure some people will disagree with my placements, but that’s okay. It’s my tier list, based on my experience. And honestly, the most important thing is to have fun and use the characters you enjoy. But if you’re looking for a starting point, I hope my little experiment helps you out!
