Okay, so I’ve been hitting the gym like crazy lately, trying to get that Rhea Ripley physique. You know, the WWE wrestler? She’s totally ripped! I figured, “Hey, if she can do it, why can’t I?” So, I started this whole journey to figure out how to get there, focusing on her weight training ’cause that’s clearly where it’s at.
First off, I had to understand what I was aiming for. Rhea’s strong, like, really strong. I read somewhere online that she’s rack-pulling 335 pounds! Can you believe that? I’m nowhere near that, but it’s a goal, right? I started by just trying to lift, you know, see where I was at. It wasn’t pretty. I could barely lift the bar some days, and I definitely wasn’t feeling like a WWE superstar, haha.
But I kept at it, I started noticing people online talking about how Rhea can bench press like 185 pounds. That’s insane! I started incorporating bench presses into my routine, which is not easy. I’m not lifting anywhere near 185 yet, but I’m working my way up. Baby steps!
My Workout Routine
- Cardio: I do like 20 minutes of cardio, just like she said in an interview somewhere. I usually just jog on the treadmill or use the elliptical. Nothing too fancy.
- Weight Training: This is where the real work happens. I’m trying to hit the gym six days a week, just like her. It’s tough, but I’m determined.
- Bench Press: I’m focusing a lot on bench presses, trying to increase my weight gradually. It’s a slow process, but I’m seeing some progress.
- Rack Pulls: I haven’t even attempted 335 pounds yet, I just try to do them right now. Gotta work on my form and build up that strength slowly but surely.
It’s been a real grind, to be honest. Some days I feel great, and other days I’m so sore I can hardly move. But I’m pushing through it, trying to channel my inner Rhea Ripley. It’s not just about the weight, it’s also about that agility and strength she has in the ring. I’m trying to work on that too, doing some agility drills and stuff. It’s a whole-body thing, not just lifting heavy weights.
I’m not gonna lie, it’s a long road ahead. But I’m excited to see where this journey takes me. I’m not expecting to become a WWE superstar overnight, but maybe, just maybe, I can get a little bit closer to that Rhea Ripley level of strength and fitness. And hey, even if I don’t, at least I’ll be in the best shape of my life, right? That’s a win in my book.
So yeah, that’s my Rhea Ripley weight journey so far. It’s a work in progress, but I’m committed. Wish me luck, guys! I’m gonna need it!
