Okay, here’s my sharing about side quests in Wuthering Waves today.
So, I’ve been diving deep into Wuthering Waves lately, and man, those side quests! They’re everywhere. Today, I decided to tackle a bunch of them, and let me tell you, it was a wild ride.
First off, I started with the “Danger! Explosive!” quest. I found this one pretty early on. Basically, I had to deal with some explosive stuff. I won’t spoil it for you, but let’s just say I spent a good amount of time running around and figuring out how to handle those things without blowing myself up.
Then I moved on to “No Response Tonight.” This one was a bit trickier. It involved looking for Spare Parts. I spent quite some time searching everywhere. Eventually, I figured it out. It felt like a real scavenger hunt, to be honest. I was exploring every nook and cranny of the map, and I’m pretty sure I covered more ground in this one quest than in some of the main story missions.
After that, I stumbled upon this recording, and the wind was just howling in my ears in-game. It gave me the creeps, but I was intrigued. This led me down a rabbit hole of whispers and hidden clues. I felt like a detective, piecing together fragments of information.
And then there’s the “Eternal Concert.” Oh boy, this one was awesome! It’s hands down the best side quest in the game, in my opinion. The story was engaging, the tasks were fun, and the rewards were totally worth it. I really got into the characters and the whole vibe of this quest. It’s one of those quests that just sticks with you long after you finish it.
I also unlocked the daily quests. I completed that main quest, “Ominous Star.” I found it in Huanglong Chapter 1, Act 3. That’s done, and I got a lot of side quests as well as the initial side quests. They give you Union EXP and Astrite, which is super important for progressing in the main storyline. I was grinding through those dailies like a madman, trying to level up as fast as possible. I earned 500 Union EXP, 20 Astrite, two Advanced Resonance Potions, and two Advanced Energy Cores. Not bad for a day’s work, right?
But here’s the thing about these side quests: they’re not mandatory. You can totally skip them if you want, and you won’t miss out on any major story stuff. But, they’re a goldmine for Union EXP. I realized that if I wanted to unlock more main quests, I needed to grind these side quests. I’m now close to union level 30, but I need to get to 35, or even 50. So I did all the main and character quests available right now.
So, yeah, that’s pretty much how I spent my day in Wuthering Waves. Running around, doing all sorts of side quests, and leveling up. It was a grind, but a fun one. It’s amazing how much content there is in this game beyond the main story. I highly recommend taking the time to explore and do these side quests. You never know what you might find!
Here are some takeaways from my experience:
- Side quests are a great way to earn Union EXP and other rewards.
- Some side quests are more challenging than others, but all are rewarding in their own way.
- Don’t be afraid to explore and try different things.
- Some side quests, like “Eternal Concert,” are truly exceptional and worth experiencing.
Alright, that’s it for my Wuthering Waves side quest adventure today. I hope you found this helpful and maybe even inspired you to dive into some side quests yourself. Happy gaming!
