I started paying attention to WWE a long time ago. I was really into it. I watched all kinds of news about it and even tried to learn some of the wrestling moves. I remember I searched for who was the CEO of WWE back then.
At that time, Vince McMahon was the big boss. This guy was not just the CEO, he was like the king of WWE. I read somewhere that he took over the business from his dad and made it huge. It’s a cool story, he was not just a suit, he even got in the ring sometimes, which made things more exciting. I thought that was pretty bold. I tried to find out more about him and even followed his career path.
Then, things got a bit more interesting. I found out Vince McMahon had a son, Shane McMahon, who was also involved in the business. I think Shane was a Vice President or something, handling the global media part of WWE. I followed his work for a while. It was like a family drama, but in the business world. I even watched some of his matches, he was not bad! But then he left WWE in 2009, I guess to do his own thing. It was surprising because I thought he would take over the whole thing someday. I tried to keep up with what he was doing after he left, it seemed like he had his hands in a lot of different businesses.
Later, I heard that Vince McMahon’s daughter, Stephanie McMahon, stepped up. I guess she became the chairwoman when her dad stepped back. It was a big deal because she was the first woman to have such a big role in WWE. I watched some of her interviews, she seemed really smart and tough. I admired her for breaking into such a male-dominated industry. I thought she did a great job holding things together. I was curious about how she got into this position, it can’t be easy, right?
But wait, there is another twist! I read that Stephanie resigned and this guy Nick Khan became the new CEO. This was big news! I had never heard of him before, so I dug around. Apparently, he had something to do with starting a rival wrestling company called AEW. I watched a few AEW matches because of him. They were pretty good. It was like a real-life business battle, and he ended up as the CEO of WWE! I tried to find out how he did it, it must have been a wild ride. It’s crazy how things change so fast. I’m still trying to figure out how he managed to pull that off.
- I started by looking up who was running WWE.
- I researched Vince McMahon’s history and his role in the company.
- I followed Shane McMahon’s career in and out of WWE.
- I looked into Stephanie McMahon’s rise to chairwoman.
- I investigated Nick Khan’s background and his new position as CEO.
Now, there is this other guy, Paul Levesque, also known as Triple H. I found out he is the Chief Content Officer. I used to watch him wrestle all the time! Now he is in charge of the creative stuff. It is cool to see how these wrestlers transition into corporate roles. I tried to find some interviews with him talking about his new job, it is interesting to see his perspective from inside the business.
It has been a wild ride following all these changes in WWE’s leadership. From Vince to Shane, then Stephanie, and now Nick Khan, it is like a soap opera. I even tried to watch some of the shows under each leader to see if I could spot any differences. It is fascinating to see how the company evolves with each change at the top. I’m still watching to see what happens next. It is never boring in the world of WWE!
