Alright, so I got my hands on the “The Finals” Season 3 update, the one that dropped on June 13th, and man, it’s been a wild ride. I jumped right in, eager to check out all the new stuff they’ve been cooking up. Ended up playing almost all day since it was the weekend. Got up and had breakfast first, you know, gotta fuel up for a day of gaming.
First thing I did was fire up the game and looked at the patch notes, version 3.14.0. Saw that it’s the last major update for this season, and there’s even a community event to close it out. Cool, I thought, more reasons to dive deep.
New Weapons and Tools
Next, I started messing around with the new weapons and tools. They’ve really mixed things up. The new map was the highlight for me, though. I spent a good chunk of time just exploring it, trying to figure out the best spots and strategies. It’s pretty different from the old maps, so it took some getting used to, but that’s half the fun, right?
Here’s a little list of what I messed with:
- Explored the new map: Spent hours just running around, learning the layout.
- Tried out new weapons: Gotta say, some of these are really fun to use.
- Checked out new tools: These add a whole new layer to the gameplay.
Then I spent the rest of my time participating in matches, trying to get the hang of everything. It’s been a blast, really. And with the community event going on, there’s even more incentive to play. I’ve been grinding it out, trying to unlock all the rewards. It’s a great way to end the season, honestly. Then I ate dinner and relaxed on the couch for the rest of the evening, thinking about how much fun I had.
