Alright, so, I’ve been playing a ton of Animal Crossing: Wild World lately, and you know what? I got totally hooked on those K.K. Slider songs. Dude’s got some serious tunes! So, I decided, “Why not try to get all of them?” And that’s exactly what I set out to do.
First things first, I had to figure out how to even get those songs. Turns out, every Saturday night, K.K. Slider sets up shop in The Roost, that little cafe in the museum. So, I made sure to mark my calendar and show up every Saturday, like clockwork.
Getting there was simple. I walked into the museum and headed straight for the basement. There he was, K.K. Slider, just chilling with his guitar. I talked to him, and he asked if I wanted to hear a song. Of course, I said “Yes!”
Now, here’s where it gets a bit tricky. He’ll play a random song for you, but you can also request specific ones. I started by letting him play whatever he wanted. After each performance, he’d give me a copy of the song to play in my house. Sweet!
- Showed up at The Roost every Saturday.
- Talked to K.K. Slider.
- Listened to his songs.
- Got a copy of each song.
But, I wasn’t just going to wait around for him to randomly play all the songs. I wanted them all, and I wanted them now! So, I did some digging online and found a list of all the K.K. Slider songs. It was a pretty long list, but I was determined. I printed it out.
Armed with my list, I went back to The Roost the next Saturday. This time, when he asked what I wanted to hear, I started requesting songs from my list, one by one. He was cool with it, just played whatever I asked for, and gave me the bootleg recording of it.
This went on for a few weeks. Every Saturday, I was there, requesting songs, crossing them off my list. It became a sort of a ritual for me. It was actually pretty fun, and I kind of felt like I was on a mission.
Finally getting them all
It took a while, but I eventually got through the entire list! It felt great to finally have all those songs. Now, I can play any K.K. Slider song I want, whenever I want, right in my little Animal Crossing house. It’s like having my own personal concert hall. Pretty awesome, right?
So, yeah, that’s my story of how I collected all the K.K. Slider songs in Animal Crossing: Wild World. It was a bit of a grind, but totally worth it. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna go listen to “K.K. Bossa” for the hundredth time. Peace out!
