Alright, let’s dive into what Phil Mickelson’s got in his bag for 2024. I was super curious, so I did some digging and put together a breakdown myself. It wasn’t easy piecing it all together, but hey, that’s part of the fun, right?

Driver
First up, the big stick! From what I’ve gathered, Phil’s been rocking a Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond driver. He fiddles with his drivers A LOT, so this might change, but I’m pretty confident about this. I actually tried to get my hands on one to see what the hype was about. Hit some balls at the range, and wow, it felt really solid. Definitely gave me some extra yards, or maybe it was just the placebo effect, haha!
Fairway Woods
Next, fairway woods. Seems like he’s got a Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond T fairway wood in the 3-wood slot. He likes to use fairway woods to give himself an edge over the course. I took my old fairway wood out to the course and tried to mimic Phil’s style – low, penetrating shots. Let me tell you, it’s harder than it looks! I ended up in the trees more than once. Practice needed!
Irons
Now for the irons. He’s using Callaway Apex MB irons. Those things look beautiful, like surgical instruments. Super clean. I’ve always been a sucker for blade irons, so I tried to find a used set online, but they were still pricey! I currently game cavity backs. I even went to a golf store and swung a few Apex MB’s just to get a feel. Man, you really gotta hit ’em pure with those things. If you’re off even a little, you feel it. Respect to Phil for trusting those.
Wedges
Okay, wedges. This is where things get interesting. He seems to be carrying Callaway Jaws Raw wedges. He messes around with the grind all the time, probably for the different course conditions he faces. So, I took a peek at my own wedges. My short game needs help. I decided to watch a few YouTube videos on wedge play and practice different shots around the green. It was kind of fun trying to get that spin Phil gets. My yard still has some divots though.
Putter
And finally, the flat stick! He’s been using an Odyssey Ai-One Milled Seven T DB putter. I love the look of this putter. I’ve seen Phil make some crazy putts with it. Putting is all about confidence, right? I found an old Odyssey putter in my garage and spent some time on the putting green. Focusing on a smooth stroke and visualizing the ball going in. I still three-putted a few times, but hey, progress is progress!

Golf Ball
I forgot to mention he’s using a Callaway Chrome Tour X golf ball. I decided to give these a shot myself. They feel really good off the tee and around the greens. They are a bit pricier, but that’s okay!

- Fairway Wood: Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond T

So, there you have it! That’s what I reckon Phil Mickelson’s got in the bag for 2024. It was cool diving into his equipment choices and trying to replicate some of his shots. I’m definitely not going pro anytime soon, but it’s fun to try and learn from the best. Maybe next time I’ll try copying his pre-shot routine… or not, haha!
