Okay, so I was messing around with Zenless Zone Zero, and I really wanted to see what those special skin effects were all about. I’ve seen some screenshots online, but I needed to see them in action for myself.
First, I launched the game. Pretty obvious, right? Gotta start somewhere!
Digging Through the Menus
Then I headed straight to the character roster. I figured that’s where the skins would be, and I was right! I picked a character I knew had a special skin – I think it was Nicole.
I clicked around a bit and found the skin section. It’s usually pretty easy to spot, with little icons of outfits or something similar.
Equipping the Goods
I equipped the special skin. It’s usually just a matter of selecting it and confirming. Sometimes there’s a little “equip” button or something.
Showtime!
Now for the fun part! I jumped into a mission – any mission will do, really, as long as it lets you use the character you’ve skinned up. You could also use the training area if that’s available. I just wanted to see the effects in a real combat situation.
I started using the character’s special attacks, their ultimate, whatever flashy moves they had. And bam! There they were! The special skin effects usually pop up during those big moves, so you can’t miss them.
What Did I see?
It’s hard to describe with words, it is better to observe yourself by following my * will give you a good grasp of the differences and new effects.
So yeah, that’s pretty much it! It’s a simple process, really. Just equip the skin, get into a fight, and unleash those special moves to see the effects. Easy peasy!
